No. International investors can buy freehold property in Dubai with 100% ownership. The entire purchasing and registration process can be completed legally from anywhere in the world — many of my clients buy without setting foot in the country.
What are the benefits of buying off-plan?
Off-plan properties offer lower entry prices and flexible, interest-free payment plans. This strategy secures the highest potential capital appreciation by the time the project completes — while developer payments sit in a DLD-regulated escrow account tied to construction progress.
Which developer and community is right for me?
It depends on your goal. Nshama’s Town Square is the value entry point. Emaar’s The Valley suits families wanting a blue-chip developer and strong resale.
